Welcome!
My name is Lisa Borden. For more than 40 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of human movement, performance, rehab, and resilience—coaching everyone from first-time clients to high-level athletes while studying what actually helps people move better, recover more quickly, and stay capable for life.
Right now, this site is hosting a downloadable PDF designed to help people better navigate recovery, movement, and strength, following knee replacement and other joint surgeries .
But this is also part of a much bigger conversation.
A conversation about longevity.
About smarter training.
About rebuilding the body instead of simply surviving inside it.
And about raising the standard of how we approach fitness, recovery, and human performance altogether.
I’ve also been quietly working on a project years in the making—a bold examination of the fitness industry, the coaching profession, and the assumptions that shape the way people train, recover, and pursue results. It asks difficult questions, challenges accepted norms, and explores how clients, coaches, and facilities can do better.
More updates are coming soon.
Thanks for visiting!
