Exploring Human Performance, Resilience, and the Future of Coaching

I’ve spent my entire life studying how to own a human body.
Not just live in it—but truly own it.
To move through life with strength, capability, and confidence.
And to keep doing it long after most people have begun to break down.
It’s how we age well. Heal deeply. Reconnect to ourselves.
For more than four decades, I’ve pursued one central question:
What does it take to build a body that performs for life—without breaking down?
The answers have taken me across countries, careers, and communities, only deepening my curiosity along the way.
A Path Built on Movement
My path began in England, where I grew up in a highly active family and competed across multiple sports before pursuing Sport Science at university.
After graduation, I was incredibly fortunate to live in the Caribbean, on the island of St. Croix, where my real education began. I managed gyms, coached athletes, worked alongside chiropractors and rehab professionals, taught physical education, and immersed myself in the worlds of performance, injury recovery, and human movement.

From Island Roots to Stateside Expansion
After nearly three decades in St. Croix, I returned to the United States and joined the National Training Center (NTC), where I worked in an environment surrounded by high-performance athletes, elite-level coaching, and professionals deeply committed to human performance.
That experience helped shape the next phase of my work and eventually led to the creation of a AMPD LLC, a coaching facility centered on movement, resilience, recovery, and human performance

Over the years, I worked with everyone from first-time clients to high-level athletes, but the mission never changed:
How do we help people stay strong, fluid, capable, and engaged in life for as long as possible?
That question still drives everything I do today.
My work now sits at the intersection of performance, recovery, coaching standards, and long-term human resilience — challenging outdated fitness models while helping people rethink what effective training should actually look like.
Today, The Body Unbroken and 360 Human continue that mission: helping people better understand their bodies, train with greater intention, and stay strong, capable, and resilient for life.
